We enjoyed the spacious room with a comfy bed, a kitchenette, and a lovely bathroom with a shower. the property was located centrally, making it convenient to visit nearby locations such as Skegness and Mablethorpe. the breakfast basket provided, including tea and coffee, was a nice touch.
