I appreciated the extra touches like cereal, coffee, and tea that were provided. it was a home away from home experience with lovely views and great walking/biking routes nearby. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease during our stay. the accommodation was clean and well-presented, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. - the location had beautiful scenery and offered great routes for walking and biking.

The lack of a lounge area was disappointing, as we were hoping for a space to relax and unwind. The traffic noise from the nearby road was bothersome, especially when trying to enjoy the garden.

The hosts were friendly and added to the overall experience. We enjoyed the spacious room with a comfy bed, a kitchenette, and a lovely bathroom with a shower. the property was located centrally, making it convenient to visit nearby locations such as Skegness and Mablethorpe. the breakfast basket provided, including tea and coffee, was a nice touch.

The accommodation lacked a lounge area, which would have been nice for relaxation. some traffic noise could be heard in the garden due to the nearby B road.
